Our annual Sensory Santa event takes place at The Talbot Hotel, Wexford Town for schools & autism classes over three days in December. 

A supportive, understanding and nurturing environment for neurodivergent children and their families to enjoy visiting Santa. 

We provide a large room full of sensory supports, toys and equipment to explore, play and regulate with before going in to meet Santa in a separate low stimulation room, with plenty of space for children to run and move in. A further area is also available if children/adults need to step out of the sensory room for some quiet time.

We pride ourselves on ensuring that there are absolutely no expectations for children to sit with Santa or to go in at a specific time during your 45-minute time slot.

Everything is very relaxed, and our Santa is specially trained to support and communicate with all children, including those who communicate without words. We do not rush your time with Santa and children may visit him more than once if needed. Once you are finished visiting Santa you go back into the sensory room to continue playing for the remainder of your time slot.

All children receive a small sensory gift from Santa.

All ticket purchases are subject to our cancellation policy. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances and are only able to offer alternative time/day slots if there are any available. You agree to this cancellation policy at the time of purchase. 

All schools purchasing group bookings are subject to our strict cancellation policy of 29 days or more prior to the booking to receive a refund. All bookings are final. Payment is due at the time of booking.

Your booking is for a 45 minute time slot. You able to stay and play for the duration of those 45 minutes.

Yes, the Talbot Hotel have two car parks available. Please note it is pay and display parking.

All schools and group bookings are subject to our 29 day cancellation policy. We will try to accommodate time/day/name changes to your booking but this is not guaranteed if all other time slots are full.

If your child in unable to visit Santa when you are called in, we can try again later on in your time slot. We try to be as flexible as possible with visiting Santa.

All ticket sales are final, there are no refunds for any of our ticketed events, including our camps.

We are able to change the name on your booking up to 72 hours prior to the event.

Tickets being booked via invoice are not confirmed until payment is received.
